Q: Do I have to register?

A: You do not need to register before making a reservation on MyAirportTrip.com. You will be prompted during the reservation process to set up an account. This will allow us to keep track of your most used destinations and other important information.

Q: I forgot my username and password, what do I do?

A: During the reservation process on step 4 you will be prompted for your username and password. If you have forgotten them, you will be prompted to enter secure information so that your username and password will be emailed to you.

Q: I want to get picked up at one location and then dropped off at another location. What should I do?

A: You will need to book two separate one-way reservations. If you have any issues with making the reservation online, please call our customer service at (877) 592-2226.

Q: My flight changed; how do I go about changing my reservation?

A: Simply cancel your current reservation and rebook with your new flight details.

Q: My flight is delayed. Do I need to contact anyone to let them know to hold my shuttle reservation?

A: This is not necessary, as your flight is monitored for delays and you will be picked up accordingly.

Q: How do I locate my transportation when I arrive at the airport?

A: All you need to do is follow the instructions on your confirmation receipt after purchasing from MyAirportTrip.com. Most commonly you will be instructed to meet your driver in the transportation center and may also be required to call your shuttle/taxi driver from the designated pick up location desk.

Q: Can I cancel the reservation if I cancel my flight?

A: Yes, you can cancel your reservation online or by calling our customer service office at (877) 592-2226. All Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: Reservations must be canceled at 24 hours before your reserved pick up date in order to receive a full refund.

Q: What are the restrictions on luggage?

A: Most companies have luggage policies similar to the airline's policies. If you have more than two checked bags or any large items, additional fees may apply. Please see the companies policy before reserving your trip.

Q: What do I need to reserve an airport shuttle?

A: You will need your pickup and drop-off locations, flight information, passenger information, luggage count and a credit card to secure the booking.

Q: Does the price quoted include all taxes?

A: MyAirportTrip always quotes the total fare, including rates, taxes, fees and surcharges. However, this price does not include services such as gratuity and excess luggage fees.

Q: Can I request a wheelchair accessible vehicle?

A: Yes. Please choose wheelchair accessible on step 1 of the reservation process. If you forget to add it to the reservation, simply cancel your current reservation and rebook..

Q: What is a shared-ride service?

A: Share a ride service is a cost effective option that allows passengers that are traveling in the same direction to share either a standard van or luxury transportation vehicle.

Q: What is private sedan car service and taxi service?

A: If you or your party would rather travel alone, you have the option of selecting a luxury private sedan or a standard taxi. This is a non-shared, non-stop transportation service. This option is strongly recommended if you are traveling with over 3 people.
